ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Global Ambassador & Community Operations Manager
LOCATION: Chiasso
TYPE OF CONTRACT: full time
SALARY RANGE: 43-50k + 10% di Bonus
Meet your team:
What you'll do:
Oversee, manage and constantly improve the global assistance to travel coordinators before and after trips
Track and report A&C operations performance as well as that of our travel coordinators, tour operator and local partners
Drive the scale-up of global A&C operations by working closely with our Tech, finance, and tour operations teams
Manage global logistics and merchandising
Manage global transfer operations, purchase, and policies
Key strategic account management
People management
What we’re looking for:
An excellent relationship builder, and someone who will relish the opportunity to develop the alliance between WeRoad and external partners.
An operational, and process-driven person, always looking to streamline your work, and thinking about the scalability of operations
A person who has worked with KPIs, is target driven and always aims to exceed expectations
A person experienced in a fast paced, dynamic startup scale-up environment and thrive under pressure
A detail-oriented person, who believes that quality is in the finer details.
A native problem solver with project management skills a.k.a. “Getting things done”
Ability to work (or just curiosity) with low-code/no-code tools
Maestry of Google Suite applications and Zendesk is a plus
A person who has strong leadership skills that enable you to both leads by example and constantly be the bar raiser of your team
Language proficiency in English and Italian, Spanish and other languages will be considered a plus.
